  • River Activities on the Dronne (40 minutes): For a family-friendly afternoon, head to the river for kayaking and canoeing.   • Circuit de Haute Saintonge (25 mins): For motorsport enthusiasts, this nearby track hosts exciting racing events throughout the summer season.

  • Les Antilles de Jonzac (25 minutes): Offers a tropical-style water park experience in the heart of Charente-Maritime. It’s a fantastic option for families, especially on very hot days or if the weather is less predictable.

  • Golf: There are three courses within 25-40 minutes of Camping Chez Philiapud

    Golf du Cognac (40 minutes): is one of the best courses in the region. Set among vineyards and woodland on the banks of the River Charente, this scenic 18-hole course offers an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all levels. The club also has practice facilities and a welcoming clubhouse with a terrace overlooking the course.

    Golf Club de Montendre (25 minutes):is a relaxed 9-hole course set in peaceful countryside. It’s a great option for a casual round during your stay and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced players. The nearby lake and forest park also make Montendre a pleasant place to spend an afternoon.

    Golf d’Aubeterre – Manoir de Longeveau (40 minutes): Situated near the beautiful village of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, this charming 9-hole parkland course is set within the grounds of the Manoir de Longeveau estate. Surrounded by rolling countryside, it offers a friendly atmosphere and lovely views across the Dronne valley, making it an enjoyable and relaxed golfing experience.
