Our campsite is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Charente countryside and experiencing some wonderful local produce.

Within the surrounding area you will find several local Cognac and Pineau producers, where you can discover how these traditional regional drinks are made and enjoy tastings directly with the producers.

Just a short walk from the campsite, we can also arrange a Cognac and wine tasting experience, giving you the opportunity to sample local varieties without needing to drive.

For those who enjoy fresh, local food, there is a farm shop nearby selling locally produced goods, including seasonal fruit and vegetables, regional specialities, and other delicious products from the area.

The countryside around the campsite is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. From our location you can access quiet country lanes, woodland trails, and scenic routes through vineyards, making it ideal for relaxed cycling or peaceful walks while enjoying the landscape and wildlife.

We also welcome dogs on the campsite, and there are plenty of dog-friendly walking routes directly from our location. The quiet roads, woodland paths, and open vineyard tracks provide wonderful opportunities for you and your dog to enjoy long countryside walks together.

Although we are surrounded by peaceful countryside, we are also within reach of the Atlantic coast, meaning excellent fresh seafood is widely available in the region. Local supermarkets often stock a great selection of fish and shellfish, and you can also find fresh seafood at the weekly markets in Baignes and Barbezieux, perfect for enjoying a taste of the coast during your stay.
